Dawn attended the University of Maryland for her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene in 1992. Her career in hygiene was a natural extension of her love of the dental field that began in 1987 as a dental assistant and receptionist.

She joined the Foster Dental Group in 2001 because of the appeal of the family atmosphere between the employees. She loves the quality of care and emphasis on patient comfort that is the emphasis of the office.

Dawn married her high school sweetheart, John, in 1992. After living in Winchester, VA, they have been in Baltimore since 2001 to be close to family. In her time away from the office, she is active in her church and is learning the art of woodworking or does scrapbooking, photography or reading. Dawn's family includes a golden retriever named Cheyenne and a cat, Prissy.

Maria has been with the Foster Dental Group since 1986, and her dedication to our patients is a tremendous asset to the rest of the team. Originally from Parkville, she graduated from UMBC and later the University of Maryland Dental School with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1984.

“I treat each one of my patients as I would want to be treated.” Maria says that her objective in her job is to provide the best possible level of oral health with an absolute minimum discomfort. “I try to make sure my patients feel comfortable with their treatment and understand its health benefit.”

She lives in Harford County with her husband of 27 years and her grown son and daughters.

Hailing from Catonsville, Lisa has been a lifelong Baltimore resident. She earned her hygiene degree from Baltimore City Community College in 2000, joining the Foster Dental Group soon after. “This is a tremendous place to work”, she says. “The Fosters treat their employees like extended family.

She and her husband Kevin have two children, a daughter Hollyn and son Ryan.

Germaine was born and raised in Baltimore and calls Parkville home. She has an Associate's Degree in the Medical Secretary field, she is a certified dental assistant, but she spends all of her time these days as a dental hygienist. She has been with the Foster Dental Group since 1998.

She and her husband have three children, two in college and one in high school. In her spare time she reads and swims laps.
